Rooftop bar was excellent. Great food. Breakfast excellent. Rooms nicely designed. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Concierge and staff all extremely helpful. A very well run hotel, by people who are clearly proud of their hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the decor of the hotel very cool and stylish. Comfortable beds, nice views and a very trendy rooftop with a fireplace. Highly recommended for visiting downtown.

A great hotel - one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we’ve ever had ( we stay in hotels 50 + days per year ) We found all staff extremely pleasant and helpful - the hotel has a great ‘vibe’

The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were large for a retrofitted building in DTLA and the Decore was very nice. When i had problem it was fixed without any issue.
